Employed at Mountaire Corporation, Little Rock, Arkansas; worked there for 22 years and was the Administrative Assistant and Benefits Coordinator. Assisted executive management with various projects and tasks and was responsible for handling employment benefits, including Employee’s Insurance, Retirement Plans, the company’s Family Medical Leave Act, and Drug Testing programs for 7,000 to 9,000 employees in various Processing Plants and Feed Mills in several other states; many of those employees spoke Spanish, Haitian Creole and numerous other languages; many trips made to North Carolina to conduct 401(k) education meetings.

Hamlin Dispute Resolution, LLC, Little Rock, Arkansas, August 2022 to the present; serves as an Executive Administrator of mediations and arbitrations.

When Devan is not working, she enjoys watching crime documentaries, spending time with her son, Denver and dog Ellie.
